Seattle Bound

So I have finally gotten around to going through pictures from a recent trip visiting my friend in Washington. I'm going to separate them a bit so it's not overwhelming. Seattle today, the rest shortly after. We got as much out of Seattle as we could in a day so...here it goes.

The market was probably my favorite. All the fresh seafood, flowers and really great food! We even waited in the long line to get a drink from the original Starbucks. The EMP Museum was amazing as well. A bunch of stuff fro great musicians, not something you'd want to miss. They've got Jimi Hendrix's guitar! As well as a "Women Who Rock" exhibit. So much packed into one day and I bet we missed a lot.

Chung On!

Alexa Chung is such an inspiration. This IT girl of fashion literally looks good in everything she wears, no matter how ridiculous. I'm quite jealous. She's hilarious and involved in everything from television, music, fashion, and she's british...how can you not love that. She's so lovely and awkward and it's great.

Some of my FAVORITE advertisements are for perfume and cologne. They are always so elegant and regal while also being a little bit cheesy. But because they come along with the fashion world and sell more of their brand and lifestyle than just the product, they tend to be much more artistic. Or just a little ridiculous... in a good way.
